Questions

Before you reach out

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. From January through April that may be the end of the day rather than the start of it.
Is the consultation free?
Yes, and there is no sales script. Thirty minutes, a look at what you have, and a written quote. If it is not a fit you will be told so.
What should I have ready?
Last year's return or Form 990, access to your bookkeeping file if you have one, and a rough budget or revenue figure. If you have none of that, come anyway.
Can I email documents?
Please don't send anything containing a Social Security number, EIN with banking detail, or a full return by regular email. Use the secure portal and you will get a link.
We're not in Indiana. Does that matter?
No. Most of the client base is remote, multi-state filings are routine, and everything from onboarding to signatures runs electronically.
