What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you send: the name, organization, email address, phone number, and message entered into our contact form. We may also collect standard non-identifying analytics such as pages visited.
Through our professional services we collect the financial and personal information necessary to perform the work you engage us for, including tax identification numbers, financial records, donor and grant records, and supporting documentation.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to perform the engaged services, and to meet professional and legal obligations. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Confidentiality
Client information is confidential under professional standards applicable to certified public accountants and under Internal Revenue Code Section 7216, which governs how tax return preparers may use and disclose return information. Disclosure occurs only with your consent or where required by law, subpoena, or professional standards.
How we protect it
Encrypted transmission and storage for client documents, access controls, and a secure client portal for document exchange. Please do not send sensitive documents by regular email.
Retention
Records are retained for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, generally at least seven years for tax engagements, then securely destroyed.
